Reconnect, Growth and Heal is a two-hour evening workshop created for women in midlife who sense that something is changing, in their body, their inner world, or the way they relate to life, and who want space to pause and listen.

This workshop offers a calm, grounded end to the working week. Held in and with nature, it provides an opportunity to step out of constant doing and into presence, reflection, and connection.

It is both a stand-alone experience and an introduction to my wider nature-led work with women in midlife.

 

Nourishing Your Inner Sanctuary

A one-day nature-based retreat for women in midlife

Planned for 2027: Nourishing Your Inner Sanctuary is a one-day retreat designed for women in midlife who are ready to step more fully into rest, reflection, and renewal.

This retreat offers a deeper immersion into nature-led, embodied work, creating space to soften, slow down, and reconnect with your inner sanctuary, the place within that holds steadiness, wisdom, and resilience.

Held over a full day, the retreat allows time to move gently between stillness and movement, solitude and shared experience, supported by the natural rhythm of the day.

The spaces I create are held with care, confidentiality, and clear boundaries, allowing women to arrive as they are, without pressure to perform, explain, or change.

Time is taken to listen, to move at a human pace, and to honour what emerges naturally through reflection, shared experience, and connection with nature.
